Pastor Joe has been at True Life Church for over 30 years and truly has a Shepherd's and Servant's heart for his flock. His life's calling is to make disciples who make disciples of Jesus, and everything he does truly shows the love of God and Pastor Joe's focus on that mission.

Like most Pastor's wives, Cindy wears many hats! She has been in ministry for over 35 years and still brings that love of service and love of God to everything she does for the church. Cindy leads our Ladies Ministry, is our Praise Team Coach, provides Christian-based counseling services, helps to coordinate all the events TLC, and co-leads a Life Group with her husband, just to name a few. Family is extremely important to her and that family focus shines through in everything he does for TLC. 

Darrin Miller joined the True Life team in May of 2023 as the Associate Pastor. Darrin oversees the A/V teams, back office programs, and design elements for True Life Church as well as sharing the preaching and discipleship responsibilities. Darrin has been in full time ministry since 2014, pastoring a church in Kerrville, a church plant in Live Oak, and now serving at True Life Church. Darrin is married with 6 boys and the founder and Director of Faithful Fishers and the Living Word Bible School. Darrin studied Biblical Studies and Ministry at Liberty University, Communication Design at Schreiner University, and Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Orlando has been faithfully serving TLC in a multitude of ways for many years. He oversees building maintenance, facilitates the Men's Prayer Group (MPG), has been serving as a Deacon since 2021, and - along with his wife Crystal - oversees all of our Children's Ministries. Orlando first and foremost has a deep and loving relationship with God, and that light shines through all of his ministries at TLC. His passion is connecting all our children to Jesus in fun and engaging ways, setting the stage for creating young disciples of Jesus!

Nancy has been serving at True Life for many years as our Office Manager and could not imagine a more fulfilling job, unless it's also her role as the TLC Nursery Coach! From coordinating meetings, managing contacts, assisting with all the church functions and outreach, not to mention providing attentive and loving care to all our TLC infants and toddlers, she is the glue that holds the TLC staff together. Her love of God and joy to be able to use her skills to assist her church family is evident in everything she does for TLC.
